PROFILE: JMGA-NSW Contemporary Jewellery and Object Award
PROFILE: JMGA-NSW Contemporary Jewellery and Object Award is our biennial, juried award exhibition showcasing the diversity of practice across contemporary jewellery and object design with finalists contending for three major awards. It is Australia’s longest running award promoting excellence in contemporary jewellery and object practice and entry is open to all current JMGA-NSW members.

The Helge Larsen Award - $2000
JMGA NSW Emerging Contemporary Jewellery Award - $1500

BUNDANON RESIDENCY: JMGA-NSW JEWELLERY AND METALSMITH AWARD
The JMGA-NSW Jewellery and Metalsmith Award offers an annual two-week residency at Bundanon, covering the cost of the accommodation during the residency.
The Dorothy Dwyer Silversmiths’ Studio was created through a bequest from artists Stephanie and Mikala Dwyer to honour their mother, the acclaimed silversmith Dorothy Dwyer. You must be a member of JMGA-NSW to be eligible for this highly regarded award.
Applications are made through Bundanon’s annual call out, you can find more information about Bundanon's residency program here.
JMGA-NSW MEMBER SHOWCASE
A biennial, open showcase of work by JMGA-NSW members. This event aims to provide a snapshot of what is being made in the field and the innovative approaches our members take in contemporary jewellery and metalsmithing. Providing members the opportunity to display their work in the context of their peers and offering exposure to a wider audience. Entry is open to all current JMGA-NSW members.

FILINGS NEWSLETTER
Filings is the JMGA-NSW newsletter for members delivered to your inbox. Published three times a year and distributed to members. Filings aims to provide a window into current events in our field. It reviews exhibitions and provides a forum on a wide range of subjects of interest to makers, collectors, and students. Filings invites all members to contribute material or information on upcoming events.
