Profile 2010 - Awarded Exhibition
Profile is the biennial awarded exhibition of JMGA-NSW which is open to all members of the organisation to be considered for selection.
Applications are now open for Profile 2010. Download the application form - note we have extended applications to the close of business on 20 November.
You can pay your exhibition entry fee online via Paypal here.
The exhibition will be shown at Studio 20/17 in Waterloo, Sydney from 2 to 14 March 2010. It will then travel to Perth to be shown during the JMGA National Conference, where the exhibition will appear at Central TAFE Art Gallery in Northbridge from 7 to 12 April 2010.
Profile was first exhibited during the 2008 JMGA National Conference held in Adelaide in January 2008.
Takeaway members' exhibition
Takeaway is the JMGA-NSW Christmas exhibition which is open to all members of the organisation. Takeaway is a selling exhibition that is tailored to appeal to people buying Christmas presents. The works may be taken as they are sold and an image of each work will replace the piece.
The exhibition opens from 6-8pm on Wednesday 2 December 2009 at Breathing Colours, 446 Darling Street, Balmain (Sydney).
Applications to participate in Takeaway are due on 4 November 2009, with finished work due on 18 November. Download the application form to learn more (PDF).
Luminaries website
We are pleased to announce the new Luminaries website.
Luminaries is an exhibition which focuses on the work of six Australasian jewellery artists at the peak of their careers. It was an initiative of JMGA-NSW and was first shown at the 2006 Biennial JMGA Conference. Learn more.
