Profile 2019
JMGA PROFILE, in partnership with the Australian Design Centre (ADC) is calling for submissions from practitioners to take part* in the 6th JMGA-NSW Biennial Curated Award Exhibition for Jewellery, Objects and Metalsmithing.
Profile is a significant curated award exhibition of contemporary jewellery, objects and metalsmithing by members of Jewellers and Metalsmiths Group of Australia NSW (JMGA-NSW). With awards on offer for both emerging and established artists, there will be a diverse and comprehensive cross-section of work from national and international contemporary jewellers. Important Dates to Remember Call for submissions open 1 April 2019 Closing date for submissions 1 August 2019 Notification of Shortlisted Artists 10 August 2019 Delivery of Works 26-27 September 2019 Install 30 September - 2 October 2019 Exhibition Times 3 October – 13 November 2019 *All participants must be current members of JMGA NSW during the exhibition period. * Student entries are exempt from membership fees. |

1. JMGA-NSW Established Contemporary Jewellery Award
$2000 General Category: open to any current member of JMGA-NSW. 2. JMGA-NSW Emerging Contemporary Jewellery Award $1000 Emerging Category: open to any current member who is a full time student or who has been practicing for no more than three years. 3.
