Profile 2010
If you wish to participate in Profile, please download, complete and return the Profile application form.
To pay for your application fee online please use the form below. If you wish to also purchase membership (you are required to be a JMGA-NSW member to participate in Profile) you can also make your payment online at the same time - see the form further down the page.
Note that payments are processed securely by Paypal. You can use a credit card to make your payment - there is no need to set up a Paypal account if you don't wish to.
Membership of JMGA-NSW
Note that to participate in Profile you must be a financial member of JMGA-NSW.
Please complete and return the membership application form (PDF). You can make your membership payment online below if required - please indicate that you have paid via Paypal on your application.
Membership levels are:
Individuals:
- Gold – $100 per annum*
Includes four newsletters, voting rights and discounted purchases. - Silver – $50 per annum*
Includes four newsletters, voting rights and discounted purchases. - Bronze – $30 per annum**
Includes four newsletters, voting rights and discounted purchases. - Student (full time) – $25 per annum
Includes four newsletters, voting rights and discounted purchases.
* Gold and Silver memberships do not currently have any additional benefits for members – they are simply for those who wish to provide a higher level support to JMGA-NSW.
** Overseas bronze members please add $5 for postage.
Corporations, organisations, libraries, etc:
- Associate – $30 per annum
